The 20,000-acre Royal estate purchased in 1862 for the future King Edward VII, who developed it into one of England's finest shoots. Famous for elaborate weekend shooting parties. Now one of the few wild shoots in England - pheasants and partridge are no longer reared. Still talked about in awed tones.
